Jim is what some might call the founder and principal, but he would simply refer to himself as a responsible person. He’s been fortunate to have been a part of large and small advertising, marketing and public relations agencies, and has worked with a vast array of organizations across every sector – private, public and government.
Jim is a constant consumer of information and works with clients to draw upon his experience working with a range of corporate cultures and business models to inform an engagement. He is an avid student of life, and notes that his spiritual profile would most likely be an Irish Catholic existentialist walking a Buddhist path.
His journey, impacted largely by the death of his sister from breast cancer, has compelled him to examine how we walk in this world. He’s a big believer in positive psychology – a new way of thinking about ourselves that puts forward the idea that maybe the Buddhists are right and our inherent state is happiness. This has only been reinforced by his pandemic pick-up – Zoom yoga.
Jim is committed to bringing a mindful and meaningful approach to each and every client engagement. He is a true partner, committed to connecting with you as a person.
He is equally committed to keeping the memory of his sister alive – at Alluvus, we donate a percentage of annual profits to the organization she founded, On Belay.
