As an Account Manager at Alluvus, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes. Key responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Project coordination:

  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.

Strategic planning:

  • Analyze client data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for campaigns and strategies.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

Reporting and analysis:

  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, metrics, and ROI to clients.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess project effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Team collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals.
